The Fort Wayne Mad Ants
I am the official videographer for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, the local NBA D-League basketball team. I videotape the play-by-play action for team and eventual league review. This will be my second season with the team and they are a great bunch of people to work with.
Midwest Training Institute of Hypnosis
I am working with Dr. Gisella Zukausky and the Midwest Training Institute of Hypnosis to produce a series of DVDs based on her hypnosis classes: these classes are intended for people who want to become licensed to practice hypnosis professionally in the state of Indiana. I am also producing and duplicating her hypnosis CDs that she offers on her website.
The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum
The Memorial Coliseum now has a much larger and vastly improved video display as part of their new scoreboard. In addition, they also have a large video switching system and several cameras to supply footage to the display. I am working as a camera operator: right now I am scheduled to work the Fort Wayne Komets hockey games and hopefully for more games and events in the future.

I am a member of the following professional organizations:

B&H Photo/Video: The best source for video and photo equipment in the country, bar none. Its always the first place I check for new deals and equipment and I rarely ever have to anywhere else to get the best price and the best service. One of these days I want to go window-shopping in their showroom, just once.
What I can't find at B&H Photo/Video, I can find at the following locations:

FilmTools: A great source for those really handy but hard–to–find film and video production tools. Its also where I buy video cassettes.
MarkerTek: Another great source for those odd and unique production tools.
SpiderBrace: I needed a shoulder brace but the ones I looked at were more expensive that I had budgeted. Then I found this and it works very nicely. (I have customized it with a remote controller.)

Gene Michaels Productions: Excellent royalty-free music in a variety of styles and moods. Its what I use for "The Gamer" and other projects.

HomeSite 4.0 / 5.0 / 5.5 from Allaire / Macromedia / Adobe: The best text HTML editor around, in my opinion. It also links with:

Adobe Photoshop: Adobe Photoshop is the best image manipulation tool on the market. I haven't even begun to scratch the surface of its capabilities.
AAScripter Ali Almossawi's AAScripter program. Over 200 free Javascript programs. I used at least a couple of them here.
Dynamic Drive: The top menu bar uses a menuing system designed and available at Dynamic Drive.
BBClone: "the PHP web counter on steroids" (their description.) A complete site statistics package, all in PHP and very easy to install and use.
Email Obsfucation: unmunge_emails.js combined with a ROT13 function; turns "qbg_nycunznyr_qbg_ng_qbg_svyyre_qbg_nycunivqrbcebqhpgvba_qbg_pbz_qbg_svyyre" into a recognizable email address.
PHP Webcounter: Open source individual page webcounter functionality.

The Hypnosis in Media Website: I have had a long interest in the subject of hypnosis, and particularly how it is represented in the media and popular culture.

Allen County Public Library
Access Fort Wayne: the Allen County Cable Access Center: these folks provided me the opportunity to (re-)learn operating a video camera and audio, all for the price of volunteering and assisting other cable access program producers.

Angels at God Central Station: One of the programs I work for at the cable access station that I have worked the longest at. Sandra Lynch is the producer.
Come²Go Ministry: A Christian ministry in Fort Wayne, they have regular Monday evening concerts; I work camera for them, and the programs are shown on the cable access channel.
EMPower Music and Arts: Formerly I 2 I Ministries and I 2 I Music, they are the people who hosted the annual New Thought Music Awards ceremony that we (Sandra and I) were invited to in order to videotape them as part of Sandra's program "Calling All Angels" and "Calling All Angels Hotline".

GenCon: The oldest and biggest gaming convention in the US. I've been going to it for over a quarter-century now and I've got a lot of friends and acquaintances that I only see there.
Origins: The only competitor to GenCon, this is the Game Manufacturer's Association annual public tradeshow and exhibition.
PentaCon: The oldest and biggest game convention in the local tri-state area. I will be running and playing games throughout the convention.

WindyCon: If there's an SF convention that I have a signification attachment to, its WindyCon. It was my second SF convention and the one I've been going to the most.
Media*West Con: The other convention I've been attending continuously for decades rather than years: a media convention (it started out as a Star Trek fan convention and expanded to other media over the years) that is the major source of media fan fiction anywhere. I also work this convention as backstage traffic manager at the art auction.
WorldCon: The SF/Fantasy fandom's world tour of a convention, it has been to most major countries. The 2007 WorldCon, Nippon 2007 was in Yokohama, Japan: I attended and broght back many photographs and many memories of the trip.
