Do you have a videotape with footage you want to keep? Videotape is so last millenium. Not to mention that videotapes weren't designed to be permanent, they were designed to be recorded over and over again, so by design they shouldn't be expected to last more than 5 to 10 years. Given the age of most videotapes, plus the fact that no one is manufacturing VHS tapes any longer, and that video tape players are starting to disappear, something has to be done to preserve them now, so if you have precious footage that you want to last, you should transfer that footage to something more permanent. That's why DVDs should be used in this situation. They're designed to be much more permanent than video tapes, plus they can be played on must any computer or portable DVD players: try doing that with a videotape.
I can solve these problems. I can transfer your (your own, not commercially produced, unless you're the producer) videotapes to a DVD. The result is a professionally-labelled and packaged product.
Do you have DVDs from which you want to extract the video footage for some purpose, with no way to do it? Do you have a DVD that you want duplicated but lack the time or resources? It is legal to do these things, if the footage or DVD is your own property (meaning, you either produced it yourself or contracted someone else to do it for you: doing this to commercial DVDs is very likely against the law.) This includes the new mini-DVD cameras now available.
I can solve these problems. I possess the tools to extract the video from most any DVD and convert it to the required format, or copy most any DVD to another DVD.
