I now have the contract to videotape the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, the local NBA D-League basketball team. Its quite similar to taping the Fusion games, except I only need one camera.
The entire AFL seems to have collapsed, taking the Fort Wayne Fusion along with it, as well as the payment for the final half of the season. I'm out $150 out of the $400 for the entire season.
I am now the official videographer for the Fort Wayne Fusion, the city's new Arena Football team. I am responsible for taping the games for the team, so I have to follow strict guidelines.
Sandra and I taped both the concert and the awards program the following night. If you include the interviews during the day, she came away with several programs for her cable access TV program.
The 2005 Nebula Awards® DVD is back from the publisher and ready for distribution.

GenCon! I haven't missed a GenCon in over a quarter-century. Its a load of fun.
This year was especially significant because I was showing off the 2005 Nebula Awards DVD prototype.
Saturday, I fly out of Indianapolis to Phoenix to videotape segments of the 1st Annual New Thought Song Writers Tribute concert and awards ceremony. Sandra Lynch of Angels at God's Central Station was invited to produce videos from the ceremony and I'm her Director of Photography and camera operator. While this is not directly a paying job, even though they are paying our way, it may turn into one once they see what I did with the Nebula Awards ceremony DVD. Plus, they want video material for a promotional video that I will bid to do for them.
Website is operational. Just in time, too.
